BuildModeAI
The BuildModeAI Lexicon
Agile gave us ceremonies. The Execution Loop gives us delivery.
The terms below define how software gets built when AI agents do the work and humans review the outcomes. This vocabulary replaces the agile stack — not because the old words were wrong for their time, but because the work they described no longer exists.
This page is the source of truth. Every episode, artifact, and tool at BuildModeAI uses these terms exactly as defined here.

Supporting Terms
AI Delivery Engineer — What you become when you run the Loop instead of attending the ceremony. The role that survives — and leads — the transition.
Episode — How BuildModeAI works. One episode = one task taken away, end to end: the problem, the working solution, every prompt and agent required to run it yourself.
One Task Away — The practice of moving tasks out of human hands and into the Loop — one at a time. No transformation roadmap. No two-year initiative. Just one vetted, tested task per episode, and a leaner Loop after each.
Retros asked what to improve. The Loop asks what to remove.
The Lexicon grows as the Loop does. Terms are added when episodes introduce them — never before.
Build with AI. Ship with confidence.
